The challenge of the company was that they eagerly needs one mature cooling thermal management solution to improve their heater heat efficiency. They experienced thermal cooling parameters calculation and high heating transfer request challenges.
Solution
The solution they found was to cooperate with Metalli team. Thermal engineers of Metalli team firstly checked out all the original thermal parameters and made cooling solution through CFD and FEA, and worked closely with manufacturing engineers early in the design phase to ensure that products meet Designed-for-Manufacturability (DFM) and serviceability. By mutal party effort, Metalli manufactured the aluminum convector to provides fast transfer of heat into ambient space with almost zero energy losses, boosting the efficiency effectively.

The result was an increase in the heat transfer area, original product weight decrease, and the most important is that they finally converts up to 98% of energy into heat and emits the heat effectively .
